Thanks to Findababysitter they solved our nanny issues. our old nanny needed to leave in a hurry and we needed an afterschool nanny who could speak spanish (to continue teaching our eldest the language) and drive. After posting an ad and getting LOTS of responses we found the perfect nanny. No agency fee's! We're happy. Definitely recommend.

In summary, I would recommend Find A Babysitter to a friend.
