Although they have a large pool of childcare staff their website hasn't been updated in ages and it doesn't upload the jobs on the first go. In fact you have to try several times to get a job posted. In addition their customer support is non existent. No one ever answers the phone and emails take a long time to be answered. Although they have a good pool of nannies using the site comes with headaches

In summary, I would not recommend Great Care Childcare to a friend.
