I registered with this company as a full time working mother. I employed a (not so bright) nanny for 3 to 4 days work, about 2-3 hours everyday. The nanny was not of great help to me, as I had to clean up after her, when I returned back from my work. After 3 months I went part time and cut down the daysof child care requirement to 2-3 days. With in a month she gave me a resignation-notice saying that she had had a better job offer.
The agency was not helpful as they made up all sorts of reasons to say- they cant find any anyone for the "less number" of hours I was asking for.
If only they had mentioned it while I was paying the hefty registration fee!! which is of course non refundable !
I am very disappointed with their service. I regret losing all that money over the initial process of registration.
In summary, I would not recommend Tinies Childcare to a friend.
